Research and Development at TiPS Cell Technologies
We function as an R&D platform focusing on rare neurological diseasses, utilizing patient-derived iPSC based systems.
Development of reagents critical for pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation
Rare Neurodegenerative Diseases
Disease Modeling
We leverage human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) to faithfully recapitulate patient-specific pathologies in vitro, dissecting underlying disease mechanisms with genetic precision.
Drug Screening
We utilize hiPSC-derived neural cells to perform low to medium throughput small molecule screening, evaluating therapeutic efficacy and cytotoxic profiles in physiologically relevant human models.
Cell and gene therapies
We work on innovative cell and gene therapies
iPSC-based diagnostic tools
We generate iPSC-based diagnostic tools for accurate disease modeling and testing
Funded R&D Projects
TEYDEB 1501 Project
We are developing iPSC-derived neural cell platforms amenable to high-throughput drug screening and utilizing them to screen focused small molecule libraries for a specific disease.
TEYDEB 1507 Project
We are conducting proof-of-concept studies for autologous cell therapies by investigating the cellular recovery following CRISPR/Cas9-mediated correction of pathogenic mutations.
KOSGEB Project
We are generating and characterizing reagents critical for pluripotent stem cell maintenance and differentiation.
